These include the following: documented procedures Process sheets Process methods, practices and operational personnel are reviewed, approved and qualified Workmanship criteria are identified and documented in the clearest practical manner to ensure conformance with specified requirements New orders (jobs) use specific set-up instructions to ensure that these set-up activities are completed in a uniform and consistent manner Records are maintained 产品质量管控 产品质量管控方法和实践均为程序化操作,主要包括以下方面: 化学残留物和微生物数据分析; 化学残留物和微生物取样检测; 干货盘点; 包装采购订单; 库存控制表; 多方控制程序和文件; 玻璃使用记录; 剪刀使用记录。 Product Control documented procedures exist to govern the methods and practices of product control. These include the following: Chemical residue and microbiological data analysis Chemical residue and microbiological sampling strategy Dry goods stock count Packaging purchase orders Stock control sheets Spider control procedure and documents Glass control records Scissors control records 检验与测试 产品从进入工厂、加工以及最终产品出厂,所有环节均采用程序化管控,所有产品均需经过检验和测试(I&T),主要包括以下方面: 所有的检验和测试(I&T)完成之前,所有产品均不得食用; 检验和测试(I&T)按照规定程序分步骤完成; 任何产品在所有的检验和测试(I&T)完成之前,均不得食用直接进入下一个加工工艺; 所有的检验和测试(I&T)均根据最终产品所要求的进行; 所有产品均在检验和测试(I&T)完成之后运送给消费者; 检验和测试(I&T)记录将全部保存起来; 检验和测试(I&T)完成之后,将由负责发布产品的有关人员同意产品进入市场。(由中国进出口网整理翻译) Inspection and Testing documented procedures controlling all phases of receiving, in-process and final product inspection and testing (I&T) are in use. These procedures control the following activities: Received products shall not be used until all required documented I&T has been completed In-process I&T is carried out in accordance with documented procedures No products are used or advanced to their next process step until all required I&T activities have been completed I&T is carried out in accordance with documented procedures for final goods No final goods are dispatched to the customer until all required I&T has been completed Records of I&T results are maintained documentation exists to indicate who has authority to permit the release of product after completion of I&T 危害分析关键控制点(HACCP) HACCP均为程序化操作,主要包括以下方面: 评估潜在的和现有的危害; 对所有确定的危害进行风险评估; 关键控制点的测定(CCPs); 关键限值确定; 关键控制点监控; 每年两次HACCP审核; 记录HACCP相关维护项目。 HACCP documented procedures controlling all aspects of HACCP are in use. These controls apply to all situations wher specified requirements indicate a need for identification and/or traceability. These controls include the following: Raw material is identified through the use of specific packaging and labelling, reference and product numbers and QC inspection cards Part number(s) identification may be a permanent or temporary part of the product. This identification is maintained from the time produce is received into the system until (as required) delivery to the customer Traceability is maintained wher it has been identified as a specified requirement. This traceability is documented to permit control of these products or materials as conditions may warrant |
